Meagan came to visit this past weekend and she had never been to the Old Port. So during the day on Saturday we went into Portland and walked around the Old Port and stopped into all of the WAY too expensive shops. It was fun because I haven't really done that on my own either. Then at night we went to the Old Port to see the nightlife which is totally different than during the day. We went to Old Port Billiards and played some pool.
On Sunday we decided to go to Old Orchard because Meagan hadn't been there since she was little. It was packed because it was gorgeous out! We layed on the beach and even went in the water which was cold but felt really good. Then we walked out onto the pier and had some Pier Fries. We were exhausted by the end of the day, but it was all worth it.
This is a shot from the Pier. It doesn't look that packed but it was ALL the way down the beach.
